积极的财政政策调控功能及效果分析(全文）

摘要

随着当前我国经济的高速发展，市场环境日益复杂，与此同时对于我国财政政策的调控功能也提出了新的要求与挑战，如何有效的通过积极的财政政策实现经济的宏观调控以及风险规避，已经成为了制约我国当前经济稳定发展的关键要素。财政政策在功能体现的过程中，主要是基于宏观调控的方式进行，基于政策的指导为前提，通过经济秩序以及规则的调控，实现社会供给与需求的平很给，确保经济的稳步发展。

在本文的研究过程中，本文将进行积极的财政政策调控功能及效果分析，通过现实调控效果反馈为依据，进一步提出未来我国加快我国经济发展的宏观政策建议，旨在通过宏观财政政策的调控为基础，强化推动我国经济的稳步发展。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's economy, the market environment is increasingly complex. At the same time, new requirements and challenges are put forward for the regulation function of China's fiscal policy. How to effectively realize the macro-control and risk aversion of economy through active fiscal policy has become the key factor restricting the stable development of China's current economy. In the process of function embodiment, fiscal policy is mainly based on the way of macro-control, based on the premise of policy guidance, through the regulation of economic order and rules, to achieve the balance of social supply and demand, and ensure the steady development of economy.

In the research process of this paper, this paper will analyze the function and effect of active fiscal policy regulation. Based on the feedback of actual regulation effect, this paper further puts forward macro policy suggestions to accelerate China's economic development in the future, aiming to strengthen and promote the steady development of China's economy through the regulation of macro fiscal policy.
